Darfur’s Defender
Interview: Mossaad Mohamed Ali, a lawyer, an environmentalist and a human rights defender based in Nyala, South Darfur, is the coordinator of the Amel Center for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Victims of Torture. In an interview with Jerry Fowler, Mossaad talks about his involvement to provide legal advice and representation to hundreds facing human rights violations in Darfur and the situation there as it exists today.
