Last March, the United Nations Security Council asked the International Criminal Court to investigate international crimes in Darfur. A day after ICC Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo reported to the Security Council on the progress of the investigation into crimes in Darfur, he sat down with Jerry Fowler to talk about the investigation in Darfur and other cases such as Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
