Darfur and Southern Sudan:  Similar Obstacles to Achieving Peace
Interview: Roger Winter is one of the leading voices on Sudan. Roger worked for many years as the Executive Director of the United States Committee for Refugees. In 2001, Roger became a high ranking official for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) where he was involved in negotiations to end the conflict in Southern Sudan. Roger speaks to Jerry Fowler about the common threads between the issues of Darfur and Southern Sudan.
