He explains what must be done to salvage the fragile Darfur Peace Agreement and emphasizes the need for security. President Bush met with SLA leader, Minni Minawi this past Tuesday, and Ken sent Bush a letter asking him to address these issues in his meeting with the only rebel leader to sign the peace agreement.
